I am an integrative counsellor, meaning I tailor therapy to the individual needs of the client, drawing on a number of approaches including mindfulness, CBT, art therapy, somatic awareness, and gestalt. I work with adults, offering a warm, grounded, non-judgemental, safe space where you can feel comfortable and supported to explore issues at your own pace.
I have a gentle approach and value clear, compassionate communication, always taking things back to the basics of how you are feeling. I empower clients to discover their strengths and develop an inner confidence, helping them to trust themselves and thrive in life.
I have also studied art therapy which I offer to those who feel drawn to it.
