I offer a compassionate, confidential space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and what prompted them to seek therapy.
I believe that therapy is for anyone who wants support or help, either in a time of crisis, or otherwise. Many people seek therapy because they are unhappy with their life and wish to make change, or are in a time of transition and feel they would benefit from support.
With over 30 years of experience in nursing & healthcare leadership with expertise in palliative and end of life care, chronic health & illness management, and health education, I bring deep insight into the emotional challenges that often accompany physical or life-stage transitions.
My work is rooted in respect, authenticity, and the belief that lasting change happens through a trusting therapeutic relationship.
I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy and have completed extensive training in grief & loss, motivational interviewing, group facilitation, couples therapy, empowerment when living with chronic health.

Working with Groups:
I have broad experience facilitating group work across clinical, educational, and leadership settings. For many years, I led a Leadership Programme focused on empowering & supporting professionals in their personal and professional development. I have also facilitated reflective practice and clinical supervision groups for frontline clinicians and educational groups for individuals living with diabetes or chronic health conditions ; creating safe, reflective spaces to share, learn, and grow.
Building on this foundation, I am now working therapeutically with groups, bringing together my skills in group facilitation, psychological insight, and trauma-informed care to support people in connecting with themselves and others in a meaningful, therapeutic space. If you are interested in learning more for you or your organisation please send an email enquiry with a brief outline of your group needs.
