Catherines passion lies in supporting individuals to navigate their own personal journeys. She provides a safe, confidential and supportive space for exploration, healing and growth. Her mission is to offer compassionate and research-informed therapy services to individuals seeking to deepen their self-awareness, enhance their mental well-being, and achieve personal growth.

She is a fully qualified and accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Her core training focused on many modalities including psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, relational, psychosynthesis, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), transpersonal, gestalt and more. She practices within an assimilative integrative framework, with psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives at the core of her work, and her integrative training allows her to tailor interventions to the unique needs of each client.

She has experience working with multiple issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, stress, depression, self-harm, trauma, relationship and attachment difficulties, self-esteem, abuse, coercive control, bereavement, grief/loss, and work-related issues.
