My name is Ciara Lyons, and I am a Psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals find balance, clarity, and fulfilment in their lives. With a deep passion for mental health and well-being, I bring a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Therapy is a collaborative journey and in my practice, I work closely with my clients to create a safe and non-judgmental space where they can explore their emotions, challenges, and aspirations. As an integrative psychotherapist, I work from a humanistic, person centred approach and incorporate various therapeutic methods and evidence-based practices. These include psychodynamic, gestalt, psychosynthesis, mindfulness, CBT, body psychotherapy and trauma informed methods. This flexible and adaptive approach, allows me to tailor my practice so that my clients feel fully supported to address their individual’s unique needs and goals.
