Ciara O'Brien

Ciara is an LGBTQIA+ and sex-positive therapist who works in a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed way. She offers a warm, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Ciara works one-to-one with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, identity exploration, or experiences related to gender, sexuality, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and affirming, centred on helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves and cultivate a deeper sense of self-understanding and wellbeing.

In Ciara’s practice, therapy is a space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Clients are supported to explore their inner world, relationships, and experiences at their own pace, knowing they don’t have to face challenges alone.

Recognising that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, Ciara’s priority is to provide a space of safety, respect, and genuine care, where every person feels valued and empowered to move toward the changes that matter most to them.
