Daiana Sobih

Counselling and psychotherapy focus on relieving the burden of mental health difficulties, where healing and discovering occurs through talking. Through talk therapy, we can find a new perspective on life, gain awareness and balance, and carry changes that may have been difficult to implement in the past.

I truly believe in the healing power of telling our own story in a safe, emphatic and non-judgmental space.

I am an accredited IACP member [M14439] and a fully qualified therapist with a B.A. (Hons) in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (2022). I completed a post-graduate Specialist Diploma in Neurodiversity Informed Psychotherapy (2024). To further deepen my practice and expand my clinical skills, I have recently commenced an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy (2026)

I offer counselling and psychotherapy in English and Italian, online and in person.

I am a neurodivergent, multi-racial and multi-ethnic individual (she/her). I immigrated to Ireland in 2008. My personal and work experience have taught me to work with people within internal and external diversities.

I recommend to meet for one consulting session before starting any work. We will see how we both sit together and if it is a good fit.
