Róisín is an accredited psychotherapist and a graduate of the Tivoli Institute and the Dublin Gestalt Centre. She also holds qualifications in psychology, adult education and business studies from University College Dublin.
Róisín works with individuals aged 18 years and over and her approach is humanistic and integrative — drawing on several different modalities to best meet the client’s individual needs. She has over 10 years of experience working with a wide range of issues, including work-related stress, anxiety and depression, chronic shame, relationship and attachment difficulties, grief and bereavement, and adoption.
Róisín offers a safe, supportive and collaborative therapeutic space, where clients may deepen their self-awareness; experience greater self-compassion and self-acceptance; and develop new perspectives – empowering them to make choices that result in more satisfying, authentic and meaningful ways of experiencing life.
