My approach is shaped by your story
Having come to this work through my own healing journey in therapy, I believe in its potential to empower individuals to let go of old patterns – both in mind and body – as well as beliefs and defence mechanisms that no longer serve them, to find more inner peace and outer joy.
As a person-centred (humanistic) and integrative therapist, with additional certification in somatic and mindfulness interventions. I focus on supporting and empowering those I work with through drawing on evidence-based practices that help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their issues, while fostering insights and cultivating self-compassion along the way.

At the heart of my approach is building and nurturing a strong relationship with those I work with, which serves as the foundation of our work together. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space in which to explore what it is you need support with.

I work primarily with adults and have experience addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, loss, and parenting. I’ve worked in multiple settings, including a student counselling service. I also work at a community-based organisation supporting parents and children, including those with adverse childhood experiences and additional needs.
